FAQ: What is MyTNCC?

Q. What is MyTNCC?
A. MyTNCC provides a common point of entry to access Blackboard, Student Email, and academic information via our Student Information System.
Q. How Do I Use It?
A. To Access MyTNCC:
Go to http://tncc.my.vccs.edu [1]
Q. What is My Username?
A. If you have used Blackboard, use the same username you have used for that service. If you do not know your username, you can look it up using your Emplid or other identifying information.
Q. What is My Password?
A. If you have previously used Blackboard or the Student Information System, use your current password. If you are new to your college, a wizard will step you through the password creation process

A. Send an helpdesk@tncc.edu [2] or call 757.825.2709.
Q. Why do I have a link to Student Email?
A. All students have accounts on the student email system. This is the college’s official means of communication.
